ICER OUTDOORS RETURN POLICY – Please read our policy in its entirety.

Any item in good repair may be returned within 100 days of the purchase date for a full refund minus the original cost of shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. ICER Outdoors will not be responsible for paying return shipping.

Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order number, is required for all returns. If you do not have a receipt, further information may be required to process your return, and we do not guarantee your return will be accepted. No returns will be accepted after 100 days from the original purchase date have passed.

Items that are worn, have been altered, or that have been damaged in any way other than a manufacturer’s defect will be subject to inspection and approval by a representative of ICER Outdoors. In such event, we do not guarantee that your return or exchange will be accepted.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you order a product that is damaged upon arrival due to a manufacturer’s defect, please notify us immediately by emailing info@icercoolers.com. After approval, you may return or exchange the defective product at no additional cost. The item must be returned in its original packaging. We only exchange products with a manufacturer’s defect.

EXCHANGES

For exchanges, please return your item in accordance with our above return policy for a full refund. Then place a new order through our website. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. ICER Outdoors will not be responsible for paying return shipping.

ICER OUTDOORS WARRANTY POLICY

We offer a limited warranty on all ICER products for 100 days from the purchase date. This warranty covers manufacturer’s defects only. It does not cover any item that has been excessively worn, altered, damaged, or lost. Please contact info@icercoolers.com.

FINAL SALE – NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

Coolers or other items purchased at a discounted price through our Dings & Dents Section are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange, except to correct a defect or error. Please direct all questions or concerns regarding your Dings & Dents purchase to info@icercoolers.com.

Customized items including color powder coating, logos created through powder coating, any vinyl application, or any combination of the aforementioned services are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange, except to correct a defect or error. If you are unsure whether the item you purchased qualifies as “Customized,” please contact our customer service by email: info@icercoolers.com.

GIFTS

If your item was  a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the above refund/return policy is applicable to the purchaser.  Without proof of purchase we cannot accept any item for return.


Shipping

If you are returning a product, please notify us in email  before you ship at info@icercoolers.com.

If you do not notify us before returning your product, we cannot guarantee your refund/return/exchange will be processed. Returned items will be processed according to the policy and procedures described above.

All refunds/returns/exchanges are subject to approval by a representative of ICER Outdoors. Once your return/refund/exchange has been approved, we will email you instructions on how to return your item. DO NOT FORGET TO INCLUDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER WITH YOUR RETURN.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
